The Complete Bicycle Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, performance, and safety of bicycles throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves rigorous testing and quality control of critical components such as threaded parts, frame hardness, frame and fork dimensions, and overall testing procedures to meet industry standards.
· Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for bicycle components and assemblies.
· Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet safety and performance specifications.
· Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and improve product designs.
· Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
· Material Inspection at Incoming Stage.
· Maintaining Q.c Documents and calibration records · Quality issues and Customer complaints rectification
